Auto repair shop software: type the registration and the car’s whole history appears.
Auto repair shop software checks a car in by its registration, keeps the work order, parts and labour, and sends the customer approval requests and collection details. At Pirdir, every service builds up on the vehicle’s own record, and customers get a reminder when the next service is due.

Auto repair shop software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Does the software pull vehicle details from the registration?
Vehicle details are entered once at the first visit; on later visits, typing the registration opens the vehicle, the customer and the whole history. Pulling registration data from an outside vehicle lookup service is assessed separately during setup.
Can I track my fleet customers’ vehicles separately?
Yes. The fleet company is set up as one account, its vehicles are listed under it and invoices go to the company.
How is approval for extra work obtained?
The mechanic adds the extra work to the work order with its price, the customer gets an approval link by SMS or WhatsApp, and the time of approval is recorded.
Are service reminders sent?
Yes. The service interval is worked out by mileage or date, and the customer gets a reminder as it approaches.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
