Yes. In hair salons, barbers and beauty salons, appointments, client history and staff calendars work the same way.
Is staff commission calculated?
Yes. Commission rates are set by treatment or by sale, and at month-end you get a commission report per staff member.
Can clients book through Instagram?
Your booking link is added to your Instagram profile and messages, and clients choose their time from the link.
Can appointments require a deposit?
Yes. With a payment provider connection, an appointment can be confirmed by prepayment.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
