When was the next service due??

The path of a planned service

As you scroll, the maintenance calendar moves through the real steps in order.

The contract creates the calendar

Enter the equipment and service interval, and the whole year’s service dates are worked out automatically.

Customer reminders

Before the visit, the customer gets an SMS or WhatsApp message, and the job lands on the technician’s daily list.

The form is filled in on the phone

The checklist matches the equipment, and photos and readings are entered on site.

The next service is scheduled

When the service is closed, the next date is added to the calendar, and anything found missing can become a repair ticket.

What maintenance management software does

Everything below comes ready. Field names, statuses and reports are adjusted to your business during setup.

Planned maintenance calendar

Maintenance plans by month, quarter, year or meter reading.

Overdue alerts

Overdue and upcoming services stand out in a separate list.

Digital maintenance checklist

Checklists, photo and reading fields that change with the equipment.

Customer reminders

The service date and time are sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Maintenance reports

The signed form goes to the customer as a PDF and is kept on the equipment’s record.

Turning findings into repairs

A problem found during a service becomes a repair work order with one click.

Who is maintenance management software for?

It isn’t for everyone. We also spell out when it won’t fit, so nobody wastes time on a call.

A good fit

Companies servicing lifts, boilers, air conditioning, generators and fire systems
Residential and building managers with hundreds of items of equipment under contract
Anyone who has to show maintenance reports to customers or inspectors

You may not need it

Companies that only work on breakdowns; field service software is enough
Small businesses that can track one or two pieces of equipment in a calendar

Maintenance management software: common questions

Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.

Can the service interval differ by equipment?

Yes. Each piece of equipment has its own service interval, which can be set monthly, quarterly, yearly or by running hours.

Do maintenance forms change with the equipment?

Yes. Separate checklists are set up for lifts, boilers and air conditioning, and the right form opens when the technician selects the equipment.

How does the customer receive the maintenance report?

When the service is closed, the signed report goes out by email as a PDF. If the customer portal is set up, customers can see all their past reports there.

Can I import my current maintenance list?

Yes. Customers, equipment and last service dates are imported from your spreadsheet, and the next dates are worked out during the import.

How is the price worked out?

It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
