Distributor management software: orders come through the portal, not the phone.
Distributor management software lets dealers order online with their own price list and see their account balance and order status for themselves. At Pirdir, a field rep’s order screen and a customer portal are connected to it.

The path of a dealer order
As you scroll, the order screen fills up in the real order.
Every dealer gets its own price
Dealer groups, discounts and promotions are set up, and when a dealer logs in, it sees only its own prices.
Orders through the portal
The dealer searches for items, sees stock levels and sends the basket for approval. An order placed at night is waiting in the warehouse in the morning.
Credit limit check
The order is checked against the dealer’s balance and credit limit; if the limit is exceeded, it goes for approval.
Approved orders go to the warehouse
After approval the order becomes a pick list, and the dealer is notified when it ships.
Programs in dealers and field sales
Each one is a separate module. You start with the one you need, and the rest can be added to the same core later.

Dealer orders
Dealers phone in, the rep sends orders on WhatsApp, and the office types each one again.

No retypingPrices and discounts
Nobody is sure the PDF price list is current, and dealers get the wrong discount.

How it’s set up for your industry
The modules stay the same; the fields, statuses and reports change with your business.
Let’s get your orders off the phone.
On the call we talk about your price lists and dealer groups. During discovery we show how the dealer portal will look with your products.
Distributor management software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Is a B2B portal the same as distributor management software?
A B2B portal is the part where dealers order online. Distributor management adds dealer pricing, credit limits, promotions and tracking of the field sales team.
Do dealers need a mobile app?
No. The dealer portal runs in the phone’s browser, and once added to the home screen it opens like an app. If you want a separate app published in the stores, that is done through our mobile app development service.
Will the balances from my accounting software show in the portal?
Yes, if the accounting integration is set up. Balances from software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage are regularly synced to the portal.
Can a field rep enter orders where there’s no signal?
Yes. The field sales screen stores the order on the phone when there’s no signal and sends it once the connection is back.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
