In discovery you get a clickable prototype and a written quote in 10 working days. Even if you don’t go ahead, the prototype is yours to keep.

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope, so a fixed list price wouldn’t be honest. Discovery and prototype cost €490 and take 10 working days, and at the end you get an itemised written quote. If your needs can be met with the Pirdir core, setup starts at €2,900 and takes noticeably less time than software built from scratch.
Off-the-shelf or custom software?
If your business fits the processes of an off-the-shelf program, that program is cheaper, and we’ll tell you so. If it doesn’t, a setup on the Pirdir core is quicker and cheaper than building from scratch. If neither is enough, we develop from scratch.
Who keeps the source code and the data?
It’s stated in writing in the quote. The data is always yours; if you leave, you get all your records as Excel or CSV files.
Who develops the software?
Anıl and Hatice, the founders you meet on the call, build the software, and the team grows with the size of the project.
Which countries does Pirdir work in?
Pirdir works with businesses worldwide, including the EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Contracts and invoices come from our company in Tallinn, Estonia. Calls are held online, in English.
