Could you send over September’s invoices?
An invoice’s path to payment
As you scroll, the cash flow screen fills up in the real order.
Issuing an invoice creates a receivable
The sales invoice is posted to the customer’s account with its due date. Who owes how much is visible without a separate list.
Cash flow, day by day
Money coming in and going out lands in a monthly table, and how much will come in over the next few weeks is worked out from the due dates.
Payments are matched when they arrive
A bank transaction is matched to the right invoice by amount and reference; anything uncertain goes for approval.
Reminders for overdue accounts
Customers with payments coming due or overdue get a statement by email or WhatsApp.
Programs in bookkeeping and finance
Each one is a separate module. You start with the one you need, and the rest can be added to the same core later.
How it’s set up for your industry
The modules stay the same; the fields, statuses and reports change with your business.
Know where you stand without waiting for month-end.
On the call we look at your current spreadsheet and work out together which entries could come in automatically.
Small business accounting software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Does bookkeeping software do my accountant’s job?
No. Tax returns, statutory books and financial statements stay with your accountant. Bookkeeping software keeps the business’s day-to-day records, so your accountant receives them complete and in order.
Can I send e-invoices?
Once the e-invoicing integration is added, invoices are sent through the e-invoicing provider or Peppol access point you work with. The business signs the contract with the provider itself; if you already have one, we keep working with it.
How do bank transactions get into the software?
There are two ways: a statement file downloaded from the bank is imported, or transactions are pulled in regularly through the bank’s open banking connection. How each bank connects is settled during discovery.
I use Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Do I have to stop?
No. With the accounting integration, customer and invoice records stay in sync with your current software, and your accountant keeps working in the program they know.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
