Inventory management software: scan the barcode, and stock updates itself.
Inventory management software records stock coming in and going out with a barcode, shows what’s on hand in real time and warns you at the reorder level. At Pirdir, sales, service and production records use the same stock, so wherever an item went, it leaves a trail.

Inventory management software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Do I need to buy a barcode scanner?
No, a phone camera reads barcodes. In busy warehouses a handheld scanner is faster, and the software works with both.
My products have no barcodes. What do we do?
The software generates its own barcodes, which are printed on a label printer and stuck on the item or the shelf.
Is stock in service vans tracked separately?
Yes. Each van is set up as its own warehouse, and parts a technician uses come off their own van.
How is stock cost calculated?
With the average cost or first-in, first-out (FIFO) method; we choose which one to use together with your accountant.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
