Workforce management software: who is where, and who has which job.
Workforce management software tracks your employees’ clock-ins and clock-outs, overtime, leave and the jobs on their plate. At Pirdir, timesheets, tasks and projects are linked to the same employee record, and at month-end the timesheet comes out ready for payroll.

One week’s timesheet
As you scroll, each day of the week is processed in turn.
Clock-ins happen on their own
Employees clock in from their phone or with a QR code, and a card reader can be connected if you like. The timesheet fills up day by day.
Leave requests on one screen
The request goes to a manager; once approved, it is added to the timesheet and the team calendar, and the remaining allowance goes down.
Overtime and shifts
Overtime and shift changes are recorded and visible hour by hour at month-end.
Tasks and due dates
Jobs are assigned with an owner and a due date, and overdue work is highlighted on the manager’s screen.
Ready for payroll at month-end
The timesheet is exported in the format your accountant or payroll software needs.
Programs in workforce and tasks
Each one is a separate module. You start with the one you need, and the rest can be added to the same core later.
How it’s set up for your industry
The modules stay the same; the fields, statuses and reports change with your business.
Let’s take the month-end rush out of timesheets.
On the call we talk about how your team works and your shift and leave rules. You get the screens to be set up in writing.
Workforce management software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Does the software track where employees are?
Not by default. If you want location checks at clock-in, only the location at that moment is recorded. Employees must be informed about this under the GDPR, and we cover it with a privacy notice during setup.
Does the software calculate payroll?
Payroll is calculated by your accountant or your payroll software. Pirdir provides the timesheet, overtime and leave as an export ready for payroll.
What’s the difference between task management and project management software?
Task management software tracks individual tasks with an owner and a due date. Project management software links those tasks to phases, a budget and team workload. For recurring daily work, task management is enough.
Is it suitable for businesses that work in shifts?
Yes. Shift templates are set up, the weekly plan appears on the team calendar, and change requests go through approval.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
