What is an API integration?

An API is the doorway a program opens so other programs can exchange data with it. An API integration connects programs to each other through these doors.

What if my program has no API?

We set up regular transfers using the program’s export and import files. Which is possible is settled during discovery.

Can I have integrations built without using Pirdir?

Yes. Connections can be built between your existing programs, and the quote is prepared accordingly.

Will a connection break when a program is updated?

Connections are monitored as part of maintenance and updated when the program changes.

How is the price of an integration worked out?

It depends on the program being connected and the scope of the data. Ready-made connectors added as modules start at €650; custom connectors are quoted after discovery.
