What’s the difference between a custom CRM and an off-the-shelf CRM?
An off-the-shelf CRM is built around a generic process; a custom CRM is set up around your own stages, fields and reports. Because the core is ready at Pirdir, you avoid the cost of having a CRM written from scratch.
How do we move over from our current CRM?
Customers, contacts, deals and notes are taken over by export, and field mapping is done during discovery.
Can we change stages or fields later?
Yes. Small changes are included in the monthly fee; larger changes are quoted separately.
How many users is it suitable for?
There’s no technical limit on users; the fee is per user per month.
How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on the scope, so a fixed list price wouldn’t be honest. Discovery and prototype cost €490 and take 10 working days, and at the end you get an itemised written quote. If your needs can be met with the Pirdir core, setup starts at €2,900 and takes noticeably less time than software built from scratch.
