Order management system: no more “where’s my order?”
An order management system records every step from the moment an order is received until it is delivered, and shows its status to your team and your customer. At Pirdir, an order reserves stock, sends a pick list to the warehouse and lets the customer know when it ships.

Order management system: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Can customers see their order status themselves?
Yes, if the customer portal or B2B portal is set up. If not, an email, SMS or WhatsApp notification goes out whenever the status changes.
Do marketplace orders land in the same list?
Yes, if the marketplace integration is added; Amazon and eBay orders appear in the same list.
Can orders be shipped in part?
Yes. Part of the order is shipped, and the remaining lines stay open and are tracked separately.
Can we define our own order statuses?
Yes. Statuses such as received, in production, in quality control and shipped are set up to match your flow.
