Bookkeeping software: your business’s day-to-day money on one screen.
Bookkeeping software records your business’s invoices, cash and bank transactions, and the payments you receive and make. The statutory accounts stay with your accountant; bookkeeping software shows where you stand each day and gives your accountant a regular export.

Bookkeeping software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
What’s the difference between bookkeeping software and accounting software?
Accounting software prepares the statutory books and tax returns, and it is used by your accountant. Bookkeeping software keeps the business’s daily records: invoices, payments received and made, cash and bank.
Can I send e-invoices?
Yes, if the e-invoicing integration is added. Invoices are sent through the e-invoicing provider you work with.
Can my accountant access the software?
Yes. Your accountant can have a user with view and export permissions only.
I have several companies. Can they be kept separate?
Yes. Companies are kept separate, and if you like, a manager sees a summary of all of them on one screen.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
