Marketplace integration: the same stock on every channel.

A marketplace integration keeps orders, stock and prices on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay in sync with your own business software. At Pirdir, an item sold on one channel comes off stock on the other channels too.

Who is a marketplace integration for?

It isn’t for everyone. We also spell out when it won’t fit, so nobody wastes time on a call.

A good fit

Businesses selling on two or more marketplaces
Sellers dealing with cancellations caused by overselling
Anyone who wants to manage marketplace orders together with the warehouse and accounts

You may not need it

Sellers with a few items on a single marketplace; the marketplace’s own dashboard is enough
Anyone looking only for a listing tool

Let’s put an end to overselling cancellations.

On the call we talk about which channels you sell on and how you manage stock. Each channel’s connection is written into the quote as a separate line.

Marketplace integration: common questions

Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.

Which marketplaces do you connect to?

Amazon and eBay are the most requested. Other marketplaces that offer sellers an API, such as bol.com or Etsy, are reviewed during discovery.

How often is stock synced?

Whenever an order comes in or stock changes, as often as the marketplace allows.

Does my own e-commerce site connect too?

Yes, if your site’s platform offers an API, as Shopify and WooCommerce do; the site is added as another channel.

Can product information be sent to the marketplace from Pirdir?

Yes, for the fields the marketplace allows. Category mapping is done during setup.

How is the price of an integration worked out?

Each integration is a module and appears as a separate line in the setup quote; extra modules start at €650. The scope of the connection the other program offers can change the work, so the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
