Service management software: calls, maintenance and bookings in one place.
Service management software turns an incoming fault report into a work order, assigns it to a technician and closes the job with the customer’s signature. At Pirdir, a planned maintenance calendar and online booking are connected to it, and every appliance builds up its own service history.

The path of a fault report
As you scroll down, the screen moves through the real steps in order.
The call is logged
A fault reported by phone, WhatsApp or the customer portal becomes a work order through the same form. The appliance’s previous services open with the record.
It goes to the right technician
Jobs are assigned by area, skills and the day’s workload. The technician sees the job on the phone with the address and the appliance history.
The customer knows when to expect you
When the technician sets off, the customer gets an estimated arrival time. The office follows who is where on the board.
Parts come off stock on site
Parts used are added to the work order and come off the van stock or the warehouse stock.
Signature and invoice
The customer signs on the screen, the job sheet goes out as a PDF, and a draft invoice is ready for accounts.
Programs in service and maintenance
Each one is a separate module. You start with the one you need, and the rest can be added to the same core later.
From three separate lists to one customer record
An example service company maintaining air conditioning, boilers and lifts, the month before and the month after the three modules shared one record.
Faults and servicing
Faults sit on one list and scheduled services in another book; two crews visit the same unit.
Faults and services share one equipment card, and the technician opens the last service form on site.
One card per unitService slots
When a service is due, the office phones each customer to agree a time.
When the service month comes, the customer gets a reminder and picks a slot.

A late cancellation leaves a gap in the technician's day.
The freed slot is filled from the waiting list and the technician's route is reordered.

The next date goes into a notebook, and a late service is noticed when the customer calls.
Signing the form opens the next service, and a late one sends its owner a reminder.

How it’s set up for your industry

Service management software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Is service management software the same as field service software?
Field service software covers the fault report and work order part of service management. When companies say service management software, most of them also mean planned maintenance and bookings. At Pirdir these are three separate modules: you set up the one you need and add the others later.
Can technicians use the software on their phones?
Yes. The technician app runs on the phone, where the job list, address, appliance history, photos and customer signature are all entered.
How do we keep track of customers with maintenance contracts?
The contract is added to the customer record together with the service interval. The software works out the next service date, opens the work order in advance and sends the customer a reminder.
Can customers log a fault themselves?
Yes, if the customer portal is set up. They report the fault with a photo and can see when the technician will arrive and their past services.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
