Production management software: see a late order before the due date slips.
Production management software opens a works order from a sales order, works out the materials needed from the bill of materials, and records production progress and scrap. At Pirdir, every works order is linked to stock, so you’re warned before materials run out.

Production management software: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Does production management software replace an ERP?
For small and mid-sized workshops it is often enough. Factories with mass production, quality management and a large supply chain need an ERP; in that case Pirdir can connect to the existing ERP.
How do we enter bills of materials?
Materials and quantities are set up per product, and bills of materials kept in spreadsheets can be imported.
Do workstations need a screen?
A tablet or a phone is enough. If you want a screen at each workstation, a simple entry screen is set up.
Can subcontracted work be tracked?
Yes. Work sent out is tracked separately, with the materials sent and the return date.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
