Custom ERP development: built around your business, without the weight of a big ERP.

Custom ERP software brings a business’s sales, stock, production, purchasing, finance and staff processes together in one database, shaped around the way it works. At Pirdir, an ERP is built by combining modules on the same core, so you only get the parts you use and avoid the months-long rollout of a big ERP project.

How we work

Before any code is written, we look together at what we’ll build, how long it will take and what it will cost.

Who is custom ERP development for?

It isn’t for everyone. We also spell out when it won’t fit, so nobody wastes time on a call.

A good fit

SMEs running sales, stock and production in separate programs
Companies that find big ERPs expensive and heavy
Businesses using part of their current ERP and running the gaps separately

You may not need it

Multinational, multi-company groups needing consolidation
Large factories where mass production requires integrated MES and quality systems

Let’s build as much ERP as you need.

On the call we map which work runs in which program today. In discovery you see the whole flow in one prototype.

Custom ERP development: common questions

Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.

What is ERP software?

ERP is software that runs a company’s sales, stock, production, purchasing, finance and HR on a single shared database. Information entered by one department shows up in the others without being typed again.

Can Pirdir’s ERP replace a big ERP system?

For SME-sized businesses it often can. Groups that need multi-company consolidation and heavy production management need a big ERP; in that case Pirdir works alongside it for the processes it doesn’t cover.

Do I have to give up my accounting software?

No. Your statutory accounts stay in your current software, and ERP records are transferred there through the accounting integration.

How long does an ERP setup take?

Usually 6–12 weeks, depending on the number of modules and the data to migrate; the timeline is written into the quote after discovery.

How much does custom software development cost?

It depends on the scope, so a fixed list price wouldn’t be honest. Discovery and prototype cost €490 and take 10 working days, and at the end you get an itemised written quote. If your needs can be met with the Pirdir core, setup starts at €2,900 and takes noticeably less time than software built from scratch.
