Accounting integration: your accountant stays in the software they know.
An accounting integration passes customer and invoice records from your business software to your accounting software and brings balances back. At Pirdir, each record is entered once and stays in sync with software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.

You may not need it

Setup is paid once and includes the core and 2 modules. Usage is billed monthly per user, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; we confirm the final price in writing after discovery.
Set up alongside it
They connect to the same core and share customers, documents and users.
Accounting integration by industry
The same module is set up with different fields and statuses in each industry.
Let’s stop entering the same record twice.
On the call we talk about your accounting software and its version, and we tell you in writing how the connection will be set up, based on the software’s documentation.
Accounting integration: common questions
Ask anything not covered here on the call, and we’ll send the answer in writing too.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We connect to software that offers an API. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and DATEV are the most requested. The scope of the connection depends on your software’s version and is settled during discovery.
Will my accountant’s way of working change?
No. Your accountant keeps working in the software they know, and records arrive there complete and in order.
If the connection drops, are records lost?
No. A record that couldn’t be transferred waits in a queue and shows in the exceptions list, and it’s retried once the connection is back.
Does it connect to desktop accounting software installed locally?
The software has to be reachable from outside. If that isn’t possible, we work with regular file transfers.
How is the price of an integration worked out?
Each integration is a module and appears as a separate line in the setup quote; extra modules start at €650. The scope of the connection the other program offers can change the work, so the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
