Can the site manager enter records without internet?
Yes. The site screen stores entries on the phone when there’s no signal and sends them once the connection is back.
Are subcontractor valuations calculated?
Yes. Valuations are prepared from work items and unit rates, with retentions and previous payments deducted.
Can several sites be tracked at once?
Yes. Each site is kept separate, and the office sees a summary of budget and progress for all of them on one screen.
Do material requests go through approval?
Yes. Requests from site go for approval depending on the amount and, once approved, are passed to purchasing or the stores.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
