E-invoicing
The invoice goes to your e-invoicing provider: over Peppol if the buyer can receive e-invoices, otherwise as a PDF by email.
Accounting software
Customer and invoice records stay in sync with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, and your accountant stays in the program they know.
Marketplace
Amazon and eBay orders come off stock, and when stock changes, the quantities in your listings are updated.
Shipping
The shipping label is created when the order is confirmed, and the tracking link goes to the customer automatically.
AI assistant for business
It reads messages arriving by WhatsApp or email and links them by topic to the customer record, a service ticket or an order. Anything it isn’t sure about is left to the team.

Can you connect to any program?
We connect to programs that offer an API. Where a program doesn’t, we set up file transfers or regular imports. What’s possible is settled during discovery by looking at the program’s documentation.
Which e-invoicing provider do you work with?
We aren’t tied to any particular provider. We can connect to most providers and Peppol access points with an open API, so you can keep the one you have.
Does the AI assistant reply to customers on its own?
It depends on how it’s set up. It can answer questions that can be read from a record, such as order status or an appointment time. Prices, complaints and unclear messages go to the team, and you decide which topics it answers.
Do integrations cost extra?
Each integration is a separate line in the quote, because the work depends on the program being connected. Integrations added as modules start at €650.
How is the price worked out?
It’s made up of a one-off setup fee and a monthly usage fee per user. Setup starts at €2,900 and includes the core and two modules; each extra module is €650. Usage is €24 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; the final price is confirmed in writing after discovery.
