In short

On this website we only process the information you type into the call request form and the technical logs needed to keep the site secure. We don’t use advertising or analytics tools, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. For anything to do with your data, email info@pirdir.com.

What data we process

There are no memberships, accounts or newsletters on this site. The data we process falls into three groups:

What you type into the call request form: your name, company name, phone number or email address, industry and an optional note. If you put together a setup plan on the site, the modules you chose, the number of users and the address of the page you sent the form from are added to the request.
Technical logs: when you open the site, our server and Cloudflare record your IP address, browser and device information, the page you opened and the time. These logs keep the site running and protect it against attacks.
Choices stored in your browser: the industry, modules and number of users you choose on the site are stored in your own browser. They don’t reach us unless you send the form. Details are in the cookie policy.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your data serves only the purposes listed here. We don’t use it for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or passed to advertising networks. The service providers below may access data so the site can run. Each of them uses it solely to provide its own service, following our instructions.

Namecheap, Inc. (US): the server that hosts the site and form requests.
Cloudflare, Inc. (US, global network): fast loading and protection against attacks.
Our email service provider: our correspondence with you.
Authorities: only when the law requires it.

International transfers

The controller is in Estonia and the website’s server is in the US, so data you send from the EU, the UK or Türkiye is processed outside those countries.

Transfers from the EU and the UK to the US rely on our data processing agreements with these providers and on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Transfers from Türkiye are made under Article 9 of the KVKK.

How long we keep it

Form requests: if the call doesn’t lead to a contract, the request is deleted 12 months after it was made. If you become a client, the terms of your contract and statutory retention periods apply.
Technical logs: kept only as long as needed for security, then deleted regularly.
Choices in your browser: stay on your device until you clear your browser data.

If you ask us to delete your data, we do so without waiting for these periods, except for records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

Articles 15–22 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR give you the following rights:

To ask whether we hold data about you and receive a copy.
To learn why it is processed and whether it is used for anything beyond that purpose.
To know who your data has been shared with, inside and outside your country.
To have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected.
To have your data deleted, and to have any correction or deletion passed on to those it was shared with.
To have processing limited, and to object where we rely on legitimate interests.
To receive your data in a commonly used file format.
To challenge an outcome against you that results only from automated processing.
To seek compensation if unlawful processing has caused you harm.

How to make a request

You can send your request by email to info@pirdir.com or in writing to Yopnet OÜ at the address above. To help us confirm it’s you, add the phone number or email address you gave in the form. Our reply is free and reaches you within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), the data protection authority of the EU country where you live, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or, in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

If this notice changes

If we start using a new tool on the site or change the way we process data, we update this notice. You’ll find the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
